Also please remember to check for availability of the specific venue of your choice for the specific dates. Check for other events that are scheduled to happen during the same time inside the premises and make sure you are comfortable
Take a detailed look at the packages offered along with what comes with the packages to compare against your requirements to and the customizations that you require. Once you make the choice of the Venue and Package, please request for a Courtesy hold (24 hours) with your name, phone number, your preferred venue of choice.
Review our complete menu for food and beverage options. Make your choice of items. Review the quantities provided if we are estimating, and provide inputs to the quantities factored. Your inputs definitely drive the final cost. Get a Customer Success Partner assigned to your party, who will be in touch from here on.
Final Quote is based on the requirements provided, which you can continue to make customizations up until the party (everything other than the venue itself is possible to be customized). Venue changes are subject to availability. Changes to your menu choices, beverage choices and cake choices are subject to lead time requirements (usually 5 business days is a norm). Supply chain constraints can effect ordering specific customizations.
Prices can change during the process up until you pay the deposit. Get your venue locked in, along with the complete Banquet order by complete payment of the Minimum deposit requirement.
Schedule your Decoration vendor for set up time, and also review the seating arrangements (applicable for Gold and Platinum package only), and also schedule an appointment to check in for any Audio Video set up requirements that are part of your order 24 hours in advance
